Take Action!

Take daily actions, no matter how big or small, towards making your goals happen. Don’t allow yourself to put things off and make excuses, just take those small action steps towards your goals, you’ll feel better for it. This is all about stepping out of your comfort zone and will also help to increase your confidence and self esteem as you do so. For example if you’re looking to lose weight, then actively step out of your comfort zone when you go shopping and deliberately ignore the candy/chips/bakery aisles, concentrate on stocking up on healthy fats/proteins/fruits/veggies. Sign up with a nutritionist to find out the best way forward to improve your diet, and/or start getting your body moving every day… this could be just getting out for a walk, exercising at home, or joining a zumba class. Whatever it is, exercise should be something fun, something you enjoy, not something you dread doing as you won’t maintain it long term.

1. Setting a clear intention
2. Creating clear goals
3. Visualization
4. Take action!
