Once you have a clear intention and a specific goal laid out, your next step is to visualize yourself achieving your goal on a daily basis. Try and do this at least a few times a day, as you’re waking up and also when you’re about to go to sleep, starting and ending your day on a positive note. See yourself as you want to be, achieving the goal you’ve set out for yourself. And really feel as if you’ve already achieved it. See it, feel it, be it! For example, if you want to lose weight you can visualize yourself standing in front of a full length mirror, looking exactly how you know you can and will look once you’ve lost the weight. And have fun with it, see yourself in various different outfits, and have the mirror in lots of different locations in your visualization… it could even be on the beach 🙂
